Hi, I'm Tiffany.

I’m a product designer bridging UX, product strategy, and engineering — specializing in complex, trust-critical systems.

I recently completed a Software Engineering bootcamp and earned the
CPMAI (Certified Product Manager – AI) certification, which strengthens how
I design and collaborate on technically complex products.

Recent Projects

Enterprise Notification System: Designing signal prioritization and attention management in a high-volume SaaS platform

Description

I led the end-to-end design of a cross-product notification system, reframing the problem from surfacing activity to guiding user attention in a high-volume, multi-module environment.
The work focused on defining how signals are generated, prioritized, and delivered—balancing business impact, urgency, and user context—while establishing a scalable system across 7 product domains using a structured model (events → alerts → notifications).

Focus: Signal prioritization, attention management, system design
Role: Product Designer (End-to-End Ownership)
Outcome: Established a unified notification framework, aligned 12 cross-functional stakeholders, and created a scalable foundation for prioritization, customization, and cross-channel delivery

Enterprise Review Workflow System: Designing scalable operations and system reliability in a high-volume SaaS environment

Description

I led the redesign of a complex review response workflow used by enterprise clients to manage high volumes of customer feedback across multiple platforms.
Rather than treating issues as isolated bugs, I reframed the problem as a system-level challenge—where fragmented workflows, unclear state transitions, and inconsistent system logic created operational inefficiencies and reduced trust in the system.
The work focused on defining how the system should behave under real operational conditions—balancing workflow flexibility, approval governance, system transparency, and failure recovery. I used user feedback, bug patterns, and production scenarios to guide design decisions and prioritize improvements.

Focus: System reliability, workflow scalability, operational clarity
Role: Product Designer (End-to-End Ownership)
Outcome: Reduced workflow friction, improved response turnaround, and enabled more scalable operations for enterprise clients managing high-volume reviews

Roommate Matching: Designing trust and decision confidence in a high-risk consumer marketplace.

Description

I led the end-to-end conception, design, and delivery of a roommate matching product, reframing the problem from browsing listings to making high-risk, trust-based decisions.
The work focused on defining what a viable version of this product should optimize for—balancing user safety, behavioral intent, onboarding friction, and business constraints—using research and live funnel data (~2–4% conversion) to guide scope and product strategy.ience, balancing user safety, behavioral intent, and realistic business impact.

Focus: Trust, behavioral intent, decision confidence
Role: Product Designer (End-to-End Ownership)
Outcome: Clarified realistic success metrics and shifted the team from demand validation to optimizing trust and onboarding quality

Flag Review 2.0: Turning opaque AI classification into explainable, reviewer-centered decisions.

Description

I led the end-to-end design and implementation of a hybrid Trust & Safety moderation system, reframing content moderation from a model-driven classification task into a human-centered decision problem. Key system decisions intentionally traded full automation for explainability, consistency, and governance, enabling reviewers to make high-stakes judgments with clear evidence and comparable precedents.

Focus: Trust & Safety, human-in-the-loop decision-making, explainable AI
Role: Product Designer (UX · System Design · Applied ML)
Outcome: Shifted moderation from opaque model outputs to a reviewer-centered decision system with hybrid logic and graceful fallback

Earlier Work

Previously, I’ve worked on biotech SaaS, startup products, and public-sector platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams across regulated, high-stakes domains.

Earlier work includes client-based and public-sector projects. In recent years, my work has focused on B2B SaaS and internal platforms, where impact is measured through system adoption, operational efficiency, and decision quality rather than external client attribution.
